  • Communicates job expectations by planningmonitoring appraising and reviewing job contributions and enforcingpolicies and procedures.
  • Plans and reviews compensationstrategies.
  • Achievesregional sales operational objectives by contributing regionalsales information and recommendations to strategic plans andreviews.
  • Prepares andcompletes action plans and implements production productivityquality and customerservice standards.
  • Resolve problems completes audits identifiestrends determines regional sales system improvements and implementsthe necessary changes.
  • Maintains and expands customer base bycounseling district sales representatives building and maintainingrapport with key customers and identifying new customeropportunities.
  • Recommends product lines by identifying newproduct opportunities or product packaging and service changessurveying consumer needs and trends and trackingcompetitors.
