This vacancy is for one of our leading FMCGClient based out ofKolkata.
Responsibilities Role& responsibilities :Theindividual in the role is responsible for achieving sales targetsfor the assigned territory across thefollowing:1) Lead & manage readystock units for retail & wholesale distribution acrossurban territories.2) Lead & managesuperstockiest sub DB and SalesTeam.
Achievingrevenue targets for theterritory:
  • Ensuring periodic primarybusiness from the channel partners Ensuring timely offloadof
  • monthly targets schemes special agendas andincentives to the Sales Team.
  • Daily monitoringof sales and retail productivity and weekly salesreview
  • Continuous on the job training of SalesTeam.
  • Verifying the updating/ operation ofBeats through Field Assist.
  • Daily market visitsof at least one route per day.
  • Monitoringsecondary sales and closing stock of all distributors to ensuresecondary sales
  • are in line withprimary.
  • Rollout of sales automation processensuring adherence to automationadoption
  • Driving leading indicators likeproductivity percentage lines sold throughputetc
  • PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) SalesTeam.
  • Channel wise business plan (split betweenretail wholesale andrural)
Qualifications AnyGraduate
