Job Overview:
Banglore

As anArea Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales growthand achieving revenue targets within your designated geographicarea.

You will lead a team of sales representatives build strongrelationships with key clients and implement effective strategiesto expand market share and increase brand visibility.


Key Responsibilities:

SalesStrategy Development:
Develop and implementstrategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
Analyze market trends consumer behavior and competitor activitiesto identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate withsenior management to set sales targets and develop actionplans.

Team Leadership:
Recruittrain and motivate a highperforming sales team.
Provideguidance support and coaching to team members to enhance theirsales skills and product knowledge.
Conduct performanceevaluations and implement performance improvement initiatives asneeded.

Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clientsdistributors and retailers.
Understand customer needsand preferences and tailor sales strategies to meetthem.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customersatisfaction.

Market Expansion:
Identify and explore new business opportunities toexpand market presence.
Develop and nurturerelationships with potential clients and partners.
Coordinate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaignsand product launches.

Sales Analysis andReporting:
Monitor sales performance againsttargets and provide regular reports to management.
Analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas forimprovement.
Recommend and implement strategies tooptimize sales performance and maximize profitability.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or related field. MBApreferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 7 years ofexperience in sales preferably in the food industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenuegrowth.
Previous experience in a leadership ormanagerial role is highly desirable.
Strong leadershipand interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication andnegotiation abilities.
Analytical mindset with theability to interpret sales data and market trends.
Resultsdriven with a focus on customer satisfaction and businessgrowth.
Ability to travel within the designated area asneeded.
