  • Develop andimplement strategic plans to expand the company s customer base andensure its strong presence.
  • Research andidentify new business opportunities including new markets growthareas trends customers partnerships products andservices.
  • Build and maintain strong longlastingcustomer relationships.
  • Negotiate and closebusiness deals that promote sustained revenue andgrowth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop customized sales and marketing materials to support clientmeetings and engagements.
  • Analyze businessdevelopment data and provide insights to help guidedecisionmaking.
  • Keep abreast of industry trendsand competitive developments.
  • Conduct marketresearch to identify and understand market potential competitiveforces and customer preferences.
  • Prepare andpresent business proposals and recommendations to seniormanagement.
  • Monitor and report on keyperformance indicators and businessmetrics.
  • Participate in networking events torepresent the organization and build contacts in theindustry.
  • Contribute to the development of theannual business development plan andstrategy.
  • Resolve issues and solve problems ina timely and effective manner.

RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or relatedfield.
  • Proven track record in businessdevelopment sales or relevantfield.
