Job Overview


We are looking for a Growth Executive - Partner Acquisition to join our team at Choice International Pvt Ltd. As a Growth Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. Junior candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and partner acquisition are encouraged to apply.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record in partner acquisition and management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Knowledge of insurance, mutual fund, and stock broking industry
  • Ability to identify growth opportunities and develop effective strategies
  • Proficient in digital acquisition techniques
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify potential partners and develop a strategic plan to acquire their partnership
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Monitor partner performance and provide regular updates to the management team
  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies to meet or exceed growth targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive partner acquisition initiatives
  • Provide training and support to partners to maximize their potential
  • Track and report key metrics and performance indicators to evaluate partnership effectiveness
