We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Growth Hacker to join us. As a Growth Hacker, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing innovative strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in implementing successful growth hacking techniques, leveraging data-driven insights, and staying ahead of industry trends. Responsibilities
User Acquisition Overdrive : Spearhead aggressive user acquisition campaigns utilizing a blend of traditional and cutting-edge tactics. Think outside the box to captivate audiences and surpass acquisition targets.
Hustle Hard, Test Harder : Constantly experiment with new channels, messaging, and creative approaches to optimize acquisition efforts. Embrace a fail-fast mentality and pivot quickly based on data insights.

Qualifications
- 4-7 Years of Marketing and Growth experience
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in a growth hacking or digital marketing role, preferably within the fintech industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
