Responsibilities:
Applying best practices of IBM Classic and VPC Cloud Infrastructure with a view on cost and efficiency
Managing on-prem systems.
MongoDB administration and management including:
Knowledge of monitoring tools (mongotop, mongostat etc),
Backup/restore and PIT recovery of Replica sets
Replica set maintenance and troubleshooting, Sharded Cluster maintenance, data management, user management, and authentication mechanisms supported by MongoDB
Creating scripts to automate routine tasks and establish backup protocols to ensure the reliability and safety of datasets.
Securing systems and periodic assessments using VAPT tools
Implementing SSO or IDM for corporate users
Alert management and metrics setup for incident reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:
Mandatory Certifications in IBM Cloud or related technologies (e.g., IBM Certified Solution Advisor–Cloud Computing Architecture).
Knowledge and understanding of of RedHat OpenShift deployments on IBM Cloud Good knowledge of IBM technology components including IBM API Connect, App Connect (ACE) and IBM MQ
Must possess excellent knowledge of Linux Infrastructure Nagios Administration
Setting up monitoring for server performance and availability in Nagios.
Good understanding of alert management and logs for IT systems–servers storage network database etc
Fine-tune the Nagios solutions to give the right incidents to the IT services teams.

Bachelor‘s or Master‘s Degree with 3+years of experience.
