Job Summary:
We are in search of a Growth Marketer Executive with a background in data analytics to bolster our team. As a Growth Marketer Executive, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing data to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies aimed at enhancing user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue. Your expertise in data analytics will be instrumental in guiding decision-making processes and optimizing our marketing initiatives for maximum impact. Collaborating closely with various internal teams, you will leverage your insights to drive growth across digital platforms and channels.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand business objectives and develop growth strategies aligned with company goals.
- Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to optimize conversion rates and improve user experience.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of growth initiatives.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and design teams to execute growth strategies effectively.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing efforts and improve performance.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on the progress and effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in growth marketing and data analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize growth opportunities and enhance the customer journey.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a data analytics role, preferably in a growth-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SQL, etc
- Knowledge of CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Passion for innovation and continuous learning in the field of growth marketing and data analytics.
