Channel Business Manager CBM

RolesandResponsibilities:
- Torecruit engage and launch BMs.
- To ensure thatBMs recruit appoint and train PFAs.
- Conductregular BM and PFA meetings and update them on new earningopportunities and enablementinitiatives.
- Ensure BMs and PFAs are adequatelytrained by the training team for the Job.
- Todrive BMs & PFAs to achieve their earning goals therebyachieving personal business target.
- To ensureleads allocated from HO in SAMS are worked upon andupdated.
- Protect existing customer base byengaging with them and keeping the policiespersistency.
RequiredCandidateprofile:
- Graduate/PostGraduate
- Min. 5 years sales experience in LifeInsurance
- Open totravel
