Operationso Translates the strategic goalsinto retail operational plans to achieve the required targetedgrowth in sales and profit;o Interact withretail store teams and customers to understand and identifybusiness critical issues in order to ensure the alignment oftactics and strategies;o Maintains andconstantly develops innovative and cost effective stockmerchandising; monitors stock weekly as per strategic plan toachieve bottom line sales budget against monthlytargetso Takes decisions on matters relatingto the day to day retail operation including the strategic planningof resources monitoring retail KPIs stock and merchandise levelsminimising shrinkage levels ensuring great visual merchandisingamongothers.

Brando Understand and analyse how the brandis positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumersinsightso Work with Marketing team onpromotions and marketing initiativesoMaintain strong customer focus through customer feedback mysteryaudits etc and sharing these inputs to other teams like product VMmarketingetc

Peopleo Takes a lead role in building astrong sales management culture with the operations team; spendstime coaching Regional & City Managers identifying skillsand opportunities for developmento Workswith the HR to ensure people management issues are satisfactorilyresolved and relevant HR policies and procedures are adheredto.o Proactively manages and reviews theperformance and progress of Regional Managers and their regionssets objectives and targets; works with Training team to developindividual training plans for theteam.
