We are looking for full time Bilingual German/English Customer Support Specialist, who will assist customers through a complex process and driving the outcomes necessary for the ultimate success of our customers.
Responsibilities
Work directly with the customer to send, scan, collect, organize, and update customer data Follow up with all customers to communicate incomplete or missing paperwork Clearly communicate statuses with customers by email and phone Submit and check statuses of submitted pending requests Submit trouble tickets to providers for any issues Submit all change requests with needed rejection information received Return any phone messages and reply to customers' emails Manage escalated customer callsRequirements
Strong organizational skills and administrative background in a fast-paced environment A professional communicator with excellent telephone skills; must be fluent in written and spoken English and German Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving skills Very detail-oriented with time management skills Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook A professional communicator with excellent telephone skills Strong work ethic and time management skills Technical aptitudeQualifications:
2+ years of administrative professional work experience Post secondary education Experience and comfort in interacting with customers Knowledge of VoIP technology and terminologyBenefits at Innovatia.
