- Bilingual (English-Hindi/ English-Kannada)**

We are seeking skilled Telecallers with proficiency in English and either Hindi or Kannada to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with customers, promoting our products/services, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers in the specified language (English-Hindi or English-Kannada).

Present and explain products/services to prospective clients.

Address customer inquiries and provide relevant information.

Follow-up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Record and document accurate details of each call and customer interaction.

Fixing appointments by calling potential clients, explaining services or products and scheduling suitable meeting times.

**Requirements**:
Fluent in English and Hindi or English and Kannada, both written and verbal.

Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.

Customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.

Willingness to learn and adapt to product/service knowledge.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
