  • Manage theendtoend bid process.
  • Manage virtual bid teamsand inputs from key stakeholderstypically engaging with salesmarketing product teams finance commercial legal and projectmanagement / delivery.
  • Identifying &Managing OEMs for partner product requirements
  • Conducting research and brainstorming key points toinclude inthe bid.
  • Prepare and review thecommercial aspects of the bid ensuringall products / services areincluded in the final price to the customer.
  • Risk tracking and management throughout the bidprocess.
  • Contributing to the written proposalboth in terms of content and presentation (such as providingguidance around the executive summary).
  • Conducting research and brainstorming key points toinclude in the bid.
  • Conducting teambriefings
  • Should have excellent industryknowledge and a willingness to keep up with trends.
Domainknowledge
  • Bankingknowledge is a must
  • Knowledge on transactionbanking Cash Management and digital banking ispreferable
Key PerformanceIndicators
  • Successful bid management
  • Coordinates closely with internal sales sales support andservice resources to align solution design with customers businessrequirements.
  • Create wining proposals costestimation and help sales to negotiate the contract
  • Assess the customer needs and arrive at the best solutionby engaging the technology and delivery team.
  • Identify market segments and create value propositionsfor these segments that include appropriate solutions thatsignificantly helps in deal conversions.
  • Leadand inspire a team
  • Conducting the successfuldemo POC and preparation of pitch presentation
  • Continuous knowledge on competition landscape theirofferings.
  • Deadlinedriven and committed toexcellence.
