JOB DEDCRIPTION : HR EXECUTIVE

JOB OVERVIEW

The role of an HR (Human Resources) Executive is critical in managing various aspects of human capital within an organization. Recruitment and Staffing:

Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs.

Address employee grievances and concerns.
