Invitingcandidates from Gurgaon Noida &Punjab.Spearhead the Business Developmentfor the region by driving new businessdevelopmentDefi ne drive and exceed thesales targets as defi ned in the business plan for theregion.Designing & implementing astrategic sales plan that expands the companys customer base andensures its strong presence.Responsible forend to end Lead Generation and conversions for corporate salespenetrate the new territories anindustries.Acquire a thorough understandingof key customer needs and requirements in Security and FMspace.Focus both in large RFPs and midsegment key account business in Diversifi edIndustriesDevelop relationships with aportfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn tocompetition. Managevarious internal Stakeholders and offer seamless &transparent communication between teams to ensure the auditsproposals and client meetings talesplacePlay an integral part in generating newsales that will turn into longlastingrelationships.Prepare and present regularreports of progress and forecasts to internal and externalstakeholders using key account metrics. Bachelors degree (Required) with MBA in Sales and Marketing(Preferable)5 years of relevant experiencein Sales with at least 2 years in Security Sales or GuardingCompany or Manpower driven industry Corporate (B2B)SalesExcellent verbal and writtencommunication skills (written and verbal) appropriate for engaginga diverse range of audiences andstakeholders;Strong interpersonal skillswith the ability to build effective working relationships at alllevels across the business functions and influence seniormanagement/directors and widerstakeholders;Competitive base salarystructure max 11 LPA CTCOpportunities forcareer growth and professionaldevelopment.Incentives and flexible pay willbe paid as per policy
