Job Description:

As a Business Development/Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and business growth by targeting government and corporate clients in North India. Your role will involve identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and effectively promoting our IT infrastructure solutions, which encompass a wide range of OEM products.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the IT infrastructure domain.

2. Identify and prospect potential clients within the government and corporate sectors who require IT hardware and software solutions.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in target organizations.

4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence related to IT infrastructure and OEM products.

5. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals that showcase our comprehensive IT solutions and the value they bring to clients.

6. Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate customer requirements and align them with suitable OEM products.

7. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.

8. Provide regular updates on sales activities, opportunities, and achievements to the management team.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 and 5 years of relevant sales experience in the IT industry, preferably in system integration and IT infrastructure solutions for Executive and Manager respectively.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the IT infrastructure space.

Strong network and relationships in the government and corporate sectors in North India.

In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure components and OEMs, including laptops, desktops, workstations, tablets, mobile device management, printers, audio & video solutions, and more.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our IT solutions and OEM offerings.

Ability to develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals that address customer pain points and align with their business objectives.

Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven individual with a passion for IT infrastructure sales.

Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
