Aboutthe role:
  1. Leadand Manage a Team of Talent Acquisition Specialist:A key responsibility is to manage the TA team. Thiswould include daily standups training setting up processes to meethiring goals monitoring progress and leading the team from thefront
  2. Directly own recruitmentfor senior to midlevel roles: Directly beresponsible for hiring for leadership and senior/mid roles. Be ableto headhunt such talent and convince them to explore theopportunity with CashKaro. Also work on building a pipeline of suchtalent by regularly connecting with industry leaders
  3. Build best in class hiringprocesses: To complete own and optimize the hiringprocess. From sourcing building pipelines managing ATS solutionsrunning daily standups ensuring hiring managers are trained etc.
  4. Own the Employer BrandingStrategy: You need to own and define the strategyfor employer branding. How does the potential talent pool of 10000candidates across India know about CashKaro EarnKaro and why we aresuch a good employer
  5. Sourcing& Headhunting
  • You willwork closely with leaders across the organization to identifysource and hire top talent across the region for roles like ProductTech UX/ UI Category Retention Sales Customer ExperiencePerformance Marketing Growth Marketing Brand social media etc.
  • You will be responsible to source profiles forend to end through LinkedIn GitHub social media and Google XRaySearch.
  • Be able to headhunt such talent andconvince them to explore the opportunity with CashKaro. Also workon building a pipeline of such talent by regularly connecting withindustry leaders.
  • You will be advised onrelevant projects among target companies and hence create strongpipeline of prospectivecandidates.
6.Screening & Interviewing
  • You will beresponsible to conduct detailed TA round of interview with relevantcandidates and recommend as per hiring criteria of respective openrole.
  • You will be accountable to mention allrationale why a candidate is recommended to Hiring Manager indetail.
7.Stakeholder Management
  • Your primary focuswill be to recruit for our organization especially for the nonTechroles depending on business needs.
  • Ensure ahigh touch candidate experience from beginning to end while owningfull life cycle responsibilities.
  • Partnerclosely with Human Resources Hiring Managers Business Operationsteams and all levels of leadership to present hiringrecommendations and closecandidates.
  • Effectively collaborate with ourhighly effective team of HR Operations and HRCoordinators
  • Ensure excellent Hit ratio fromoffer to joining with great candidate engagementpattern.
  • Publishing Weekly Hiring Updates toall Hiring parties for roles assigned
8. ProcessCompliance
  • Ensure ahigh level of data integrity with our ATS and other People systems.
  • Executing the Employer Branding Initiativesfor Chennai market
  • Ensure the TA SoP isadhered with 100% accuracy and hence compliant.

  • Education:Bachelors in engineering / master s in human resource management
  • Roles Hired: Theideal candidate should have proven experience on closing roles like: Brand Content UX/UI Performance Marketing Analytics StrategicPartnership & Alliances Customer Exp. Sales Social MediaGrowth & Retention Product Data Scientist Technology rolesetc.
  • Strong communicationskills: Should have very strong spoken and writtencommunication. At a senior TA role we need to headhunt top talentand explain very clearly why CashKaro is the right opportunity forthem.
  • Headhunting and CompanyMapping: Strong headhunting skills with ability toconduct to market research and hence map target passive candidatesthrough CompanyMapping.
  • StakeholderManagement: Must have proven experience includingInternal and ExternalStakeholders.
  • Source MixManagement: Must have extensive exposure in managingsource mix both Internal & External: like Naukri LinkedIniimjobs and other job boards. The ideal candidate should be anexpert at using job portal. Should be able to understand complexsearches and best practices in using these platforms. Well versedwith GitHub StackOverflow etc.
  • Interviewing Skills Should understand how to derive information whileinterviewing a prospective candidate alongside breaking ice to addto strong rapport.
  • Should alignwith our Core Cultural Aspects like Hustle OwnershipHunger to learn and selfimprove and Showrespect.
  • Must possess Negotiation Skills andunderstanding for CTC Calculation
  • TA Process Mustpossess an excellent understanding about Talent Acquisition Processwith alongside compliance.
  • Ability toprioritize and selfmanage as you support one of the fastest growingdepartments in the company.
  • High energy passionand drive with a strong positiveoutlook.
