Roles and Responsibility
Job Description
- Customer-Centric Salesperson and should provide tailor-made service as per patients' requirements and health conditions.
- Meeting doctors at different hospitals/Clinics to sell Care First Services.
- Meeting Corporate HR and Admin to do tie-up for Medical room services and providing home care services to their employees.
- Ensure 100% target achievement within given timelines.
- Create and maintain brand image and build a strong customer base.
- Should be the face of the company and resolve customers issues and take feedback regularly for better service quality.
- Provide Innovative ideas and initiatives to improve the overall business and customer experience.
- Generate leads through regular interactions with Key Stakeholders within hospitals & clinics.
Experience required in/Preferred Candidates should have
- Home health care sales Experience/Good Specialist doctor Network/Good Corporate Network
- Sales planning and execution skills
- Strong understanding of products and services in home health care
- Great Communication/Interpersonal skills
- Team Player
- Ability to work under high-pressure situations
- Good Doctors Network
- Self-motivated person with strong listening skills
- Strong verbal skills in English, and Hindi and local language
