JOB OVERVIEW:
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will take a leadership role in driving sales growth by
mentoring team members, developing strategic sales plans, and engaging high-value clients.
Your advanced understanding of Hyderabad’s real estate market and ability to close
premium deals will be pivotal to the company’s success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
●Develop and nurture relationships with high-value clients, providing tailored real
estate solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention.
● Lead and mentor junior sales executives, ensuring timely achievement of team goals.
● Create and execute innovative sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue
targets.
● Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead of
competitive trends.
● Deliver expert advice on property values, investment opportunities, and market
conditions.
● Organize and lead site visits, offering clients detailed insights into property features.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and
transactions.
● Represent Stonecraft Group at industry events, enhancing brand visibility.
● Regularly present data-driven performance reports to management.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
● Experience: 7–10 years in real estate sales, with experience handling high-value
clients.
● Leadership: Proven ability to mentor teams and lead sales initiatives.
● Market Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of Hyderabad’s luxury and
sustainable real estate sectors.
● Skills: Exceptional communication, analytical, and interpersonal abilities.
● Education: Master’s degree in Sales & Marketing or a related field.
● Proficiency: Advanced CRM and data analytics tools experience.
