JobDescription:
As theHead of Sales at Meduit Labs you will lead our sales efforts anddrive revenue growth. You will play a crucial role in developingand implementing sales strategies managing a team of salesprofessionals and fostering relationships with clients to drivebusiness expansion. This position requires a dynamic individualwith strong leadership skills a proven track record of salessuccess and a deep understanding of the business consultingindustry.
Responsibilities:
- Collaboratewith the founders to develop and execute a comprehensive salesstrategy aligned with the companys business objectives and revenuetargets.
- Setup multiple sales funnels with paidcold content and partnership channels
- Hire leadand motivate a team of sales professionals providing guidancecoaching and support to ensure they meet and exceed salestargets.
- Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with key clients understanding their needs andidentifying opportunities to upsell additionalservices.
- Drive new business developmentefforts by identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand ourclient base including prospecting networking and attending industryevents.
- Monitor sales performance metricsanalyze data and generate reports to track progress against targetsidentify areas for improvement and make informed strategicdecisions.
- Stay informed about industry trendscompetitor activities and market developments to identify newopportunities and stay ahead of thecompetition.
- Work closely with crossfunctionalteams including marketing operations and finance to ensurealignment and maximize the effectiveness of salesinitiatives.
- Continuously assess and refinesales processes tools and techniques to optimize efficiencyeffectiveness and overallperformance.
Requirements:
- Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a relatedfield. MBA or equivalent preferred. This is preferred notmandatory.
- and nbsp;At least 5 years ofexperience in sales leadership roles within the business consultingindustry digital agency digital media or relatedfields.
- Should be a core relationshipbuilder
- The existing network of digital clientsin the network will be a plus
- Proven trackrecord of driving sales growth exceeding targets and buildinghighperforming sales teams.
- Strong businessacumen with a deep understanding of industry trends market dynamicsand client needs.
- Excellent communicationnegotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport and trust with clients and teammembers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability todevelop and execute effective sales strategies andplans.
- Resultsoriented mindset focusing ondelivering tangible outcomes and driving businesssuccess.
- Proficiency in CRM software and othersales tools for tracking analyzing and reporting salesperformance.
