REQUIREMENTS:
1. Acquire new dealers.
2. Launch new products
3. Hire and train Relationship Managers
4. Conduct promotions and events at the outlets to create awareness
5. Monitor product performance
6. Visit minimum 5 outlets a day to meet the owners and forecourt managers to discuss the business performance and report to HO on the dealer satisfaction index
7. Train the dealers on product marketing and brand awareness
8. Competition monitoring
9. Collection of receivables, ensure delinquency is < 30 days for all accounts.
10. Maintain partnerships.
11. Responsible to deliver all targets in his territory
