Overview:As aTerritory Sales Manager you will play a crucial role in drivingsales managing relationships with clients and overseeing the salesoperations within your designated territory. You will beresponsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plansto expand the customer base and achieve revenue targets. Yourability to lead a sales team build strong customer relationshipsand effectively communicate the value of our products or serviceswill be essential in driving success in thisrole.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Develop and executea comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targetswithin the assigned territory.
  • Build andmaintain strong relationships with existing clients and identifyand pursue opportunities to expand the customerbase.
  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of salesrepresentatives to achieve individual and teamtargets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitoractivities to identify potential business opportunities andthreats.
  • Coordinate with marketing and productdevelopment teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies withproduct offerings.
  • Conduct regular salesforecasting budgeting and reporting activities to track progressand optimize sales performance.
  • Negotiate andfinalize contracts pricing and terms of sale with clients to ensuremutually beneficial agreements.
  • Resolvecustomer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner tomaintain customer satisfaction andloyalty.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teamsto provide customer feedback and contribute to the continuousimprovement of products and services.
  • Stayupdated on industry developments and best practices to continuouslyenhance sales techniques andknowledge.
RequiredQualifications:
  • MBA degree inBusiness Administration Sales Marketing or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in sales managementwith a track record of meeting or exceeding salestargets.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead anddevelop a highperforming sales team.
  • Excellentnegotiation and communication skills with a strong focus onbuilding relationships.
  • Strategic thinking anda resultsdriven approach to sales planning andexecution.
  • Ability to analyze sales data markettrends and customer behavior to make informed businessdecisions.
  • Strong problemsolving anddecisionmaking abilities to address complex saleschallenges.
  • Highly organized with the abilityto manage time efficiently and prioritize taskseffectively.
  • Willingness to travel within thedesignated territory and attend sales meetings and industry eventsas required.
