Pay rate:$17.00/hour on W2 Job Overview: ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Providesoperational support through varied informational processingactivities that supports a specific business need Organizes andmaintains files (hardcopy and electronic) for group supportedResearches and obtains specific information requested bygroupsupported Administers programs projects and processes specificto the operating unit served Serves as a liaison with others withinand outside the company Prepares standard or complex documents fromvarious source materials
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Experienced & proficient professionalresponsible for servicing and resolving complex client queries aswell as issues and guiding junior professionals Responsible forreceiving and making calls and responding to internal and externalcustomer concerns/requests Displays ability to performindependently and confidently Work is evaluated upon completion toensure SLAs have been met Increases knowledge of companyproducts/services to aide in customer queries Provides solutions toissues and problems responds to customer issues and uses judgmentto escalate issues when necessary Able to leverage policies andprocedures to service large accounts and provide excellentmultilingual support to customers Assists in project managementand/or guiding/training junior level staff when needed
  • Inclusive and collaborativeatmosphere. Stimulating role that presents original challenges fromday to day due to the nature of working with multiple customers andinternal departments.
Day to DayResponsibilities:
  • Review and process Purchase Ordersfrom federal government contractors agencies resellers integratorsand distributors and converting them into Client Sales Ordersconfirming all order details: pricing contract requirementsequipment tax exemption etc. according to documented processes.
  • Work with SalesRepresentatives and buyers to correct PO quote and orderdiscrepancies before order placement and ensure accurate orderentry.
  • Work as partof a group to ensure that all orders meet our Service LevelAgreement (all orders received by 3pm CT are worked same day).
  • Ensure all ordersreach PP (PreProduction) status in a timely manner.
  • Work in a variety of tools toachieve above goals.
