  • The HR Data Analyst is focused onanalysing Talent Acquisition data and ensuring systems andprocesses deliver an exceptional experience. In partnership withour Global TA Leadership team and People Analytics team the HRDAconsults with HR leaders to identify key questions run accurateanalyses and support leaders to tell the story of TalentAcquisition.
  • TheHRDA is responsible for supporting system training of TA andbusiness leaders leveraging dashboards and reports to identifyinsights and provide oversight of daily operations.
  • Ensure all TA & Mobilityreporting is developed and delivered in a seamless and efficientmanner.
Job Description:
  • Serve as an active member of the TalentAcquisition team supporting recruitment reporting and systems so wecan continue to be a topperforming and efficient function focusedon process optimization and internal customer satisfaction
  • Accountable forGlobal TA data analytics modelling trending and report generation
  • Oversight of TAperformance indicators
  • Maintenance and improvement of all dashboard(s) model(s)and executive scorecard(s)
  • Partner with TA leadership to understand businesspriorities and identify HR (or business) metrics and correspondingdata needs then develop plans define expectations and deliver toaddress gaps
  • Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders tounderstand business priorities and develop metrics that reflect ourprogress toward goals
  • Work with TA leaders and Finance analysts to deliveraccurate TA financial forecasts and analysis including budgetingforecasting variance analysis & financial reporting.
  • Identify andimplement efficiencies on workflows to help streamline andstandardize our processes for continuous improvement efforts
  • Create anenvironment of strong customer service and continual improvementsas a subject matter expert for TA reporting and technology supportincluding assisting with inquiries issue resolution reports andsystem administration functions
  • Successfully educate and provide training to customerson all operations and user support after changes in system and/orprocedures are implemented
  • Analyse and identify process efficiencies/gaps systemcapabilities and makes recommendations for ongoing improvement forTalent Acquisition systems and related operations
  • Create documentation on systemworkflow procedures and quick reference guides to support adoptionoptimization and evolution.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to others on new ideasand solutions that will improve current processes and activities
  • Review assess andrecommend external tools and drive the adoption of those tools tocreate an exceptional stakeholder experience and deliver enhancedprocess efficiencies
  • Be a champion for artificial intelligence technology andchange management
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors OR Masters degree with relevantBusiness Analysis experience in a global organization
  • Advanced computer skillsincluding Tableau and MS Office skills: Advanced Excel e.g. pivotsVLOOKUPs PowerPoint Word Outlook and MS Project
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Experience of performing similarduties in a HR environment
  • Global experience supporting geographical requirementsrelated to data privacy compliance and legislation (EU and APAC)
  • Excellentcommunication customer service and prioritization skills
  • Expertise in theTalent Acquisition area and best practices for documentation
  • Experience in Talentacquisition reporting and technologies following the full candidatelifecycle from engagement/marketing through application assessmentoffer management and onboarding
  • Experience measuring program effectiveness and improvingdashboards and processes
