RoleSummary:
  • Provides operational and support services tothe entire sales organization which could include: inbound orderdesk specialized inbound/outbound sales call center overflowspecialized order/account processing sales research reporting andanalysis sales method and policy development quota setting creditcompliance inventory management work order accuracy adhoc projectmanagement merchandising of retail & third party sites and mayalso include advertising inventory management.
  • Uses multiple systems forpurposes which may include: to enter pre and postsales informationfulfil orders process and post payments and/or verify orderaccuracy.
  • Mayinitiate new service order requests coordinates and tracksproduct/service installation process.
  • Support and lead ad hoc projects generated byclient Sales Channels.
  • Prepares reports as requested.
  • Educates customers on client products &services.
  • Meets orexceeds critical monthly performance standards including but notlimited to: data entry accuracy and productivity.
  • Draft routine client and/orcustomer correspondence.
  • Responds to questions helps resolve problems and directscalls to appropriate resources.
  • Completes special operational and client projects asassigned.
  • Acts asliaison and coordinator with other departments outside vendors andexternal customers.
  • Provides order activity updates to Sales Support Manager/ or Supervisor.
  • Maycoordinate and process offline orders coming through G2B EcommerceFriends and Family.
  • May act as back up phone support during periods of highcall volume or point of contact for customers in the absence of thesales force.
  • Mayprovide assistance conducting refresher training with existingReps.
  • May coordinatewith Courtesy Accounts for employees property managers VIPsgovernment officials and/or reciprocal agreements with other MSOs.
  • May assist inpresale planning activities and postsale activities.
  • May coordinate sales projectevents and other activities with sales force. Client Business
  • May manage allorders from initial sale through installation and billing.
  • May interface withall areas of the installation process to ensure orders arecompleted by the delivery date.
  • May sell services to inboundcalling customers.
  • May assist withoverflow callhandling duties for inbound retention sales etc.
  • Interfaces withfield provisioning engineers to confirm delivery intervalfeasibility for offnet orders.
  • Works closely with local billing coordinators to ensuresold installed and billed revenues are accurate.

  • May prepare sales presentationsproposals and media kits.
  • May pull qualitative research and assist in building andexporting advertising schedules.
  • Complete change orders promotions/taggablespaperwork and traffic instructions.
TypicalTraining / Experience
  • HS diploma GED orrelevant work experience;
  • Specialized skill training/certification may berequired;
  • 25 yearsof experience in area of responsibility required
