Job Description:

If this job is assigned to any Government BusinessDivision entity the applicant and incumbent fall under a sensitiveposition work designation and may be subject to additionalrequirements beyond those associates outside Government BusinessDivisions.Requirements include but are not limited to morestringent and frequent background checks and/or governmentclearances segregation of duties principles role specific trainingmonitoring of daily job functions and sensitive data handlinginstructions. Associates in these jobs must follow the specificpolicies procedures guidelines etc. as stated by the GovernmentBusiness Division in which they are employed.Responsible for serving as theliaison between the business and IT in translating complex businessneeds into application software.Primaryduties may include but are not limited to:

Analyzescomplex end user needs to determine optimal means of meeting thoseneeds.Determinesspecific business application software requirements to addresscomplex business needs.Develops project plans and identifies and coordinatesresources involving those outside the unit.Works with programming staff toensure requirements will be incorporated into system design andtesting.Acts as aresource to users of the software to address questions/issues.May providedirection and guidance to team members and serves as an expert forthe team.Requires aBS/BA degree 57 years of business analysis experience that includesknowledge of systems capabilities and business operations; or anycombination of education and experienced which would provide anequivalent background.Must be able to be client facingMust have Health Edge HRPexperienceTekWissen Group is anequal opportunity employer supporting workforce diversity.
