The Opportunity: Using ourAIbased product we are innovating the way enterprises look atoperations. As a Sales Development Representative you will get thechance to work within this exciting AI and Hyperautomation space.In this role youll have the autonomy to shape your success whilethriving in a fastpaced dynamic environment. If youre a proactiveambitious selfstarter with a passion for sales and the drive tobring business to the next level this opportunity is for you. Youllplay a crucial role in accelerating our market presence byeffectively managing inbound inquiries and converting cold outboundleads.
The Responsibilities: As aSales Development Representative you will be executingresearchdriven conversations with initialcontacts and key accounts to achieve an increased conversion rate.You will also have the opportunity toparticipate in crossfunctional collaboration with the dynamicmarketing team to develop effectivecampaigns that attract potential leads.
You will:
- Build a robust pipeline ofpotential clients by engaging in strategic cold calling and turninginitial contacts into promising leads.
- Effectively nurture and convert cold outbound leads to increase therate of conversion.
- Collaborate with thesales team to drive the journey from a prospect to a customer for asmooth transition.
- Crosscollaborate withSales and Marketing teams to strategize and develop effective
- initiatives that attract potential leads.
- Maintain data hygiene by keeping uptodateinformation of prospects using CRM Application.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree strongly preferred high school diploma orequivalent.
- 13 years of experience inSales/Business Development experience preferably in B2B sales.Experience in the North American region is a plus.
- Proficient in English Communication bothwritten and verbal.
- Must be willing to workduring the night shift (IST 6 PM 2 AM) since you will be primarilyworking with leads from the North American Region.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
- Experience in CRM would be an advantage.
- Proven time management skills in a dynamicsales environment.
- SelfDriven with a strongmotivation to build a successful company.
