RequirementsandSkills:
  • Proven work experience as an Accountant with a strong understandingof accounting principles and regulations.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting software preferably Tally Primefor efficient financial management.
  • Bachelor& rsquo s degree in Accounting Finance or a relatedfield. Master s degree or professional certification ispreferred.
  • 810 years of experience in financeor accounting roles preferably in the nonprofitsector.
  • Attention to detail and stronganalytical skills to ensure accuracy in financial records andreports.
  • Proficiency in payroll software anddonor management systems.
  • Advanced MS Officeskills including Excel for data analysis (Vlookup pivot tables etc.) and PowerPoint for reporting.
  • Knowledge ofIndian accounting standards and taxationlaws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonalskills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamenvironment and collaborate with colleagues acrossdepartments.
  • Passion for contributing to theNGO / educational sector through meticulous financial managementandaccountability.
