KeyResponsibilities:
TalentManagement:
- Developand implement talent management strategies to attract retain anddevelop top talent.
- Manage employee onboardingorientation programs and probation completion and confirmations.
- Facilitate performance assessment processesincluding setting objectives performance reviews and addressingperformance issues.
- Support successionplanning and career development initiatives.
TalentAcquisition:
- Utilizing variousmethods such as job boards social media networking referrals andother online platforms to find potential candidates for openpositions.
- Reviewing resumes conductinginitial interviews and evaluating candidates skills qualificationsand cultural fit.
- Ensuring a positive andsmooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process providingtimely feedback and addressing candidates questions.
- Assisting in salary negotiations presentingjob offers and ensuring a seamless onboarding process forsuccessful candidates.
- Staying updated onindustry trends salary benchmarks and talent acquisition bestpractices to improve recruitment strategies.
- Ensuring that the recruitment process adheresto relevant labor laws and company policies.
GeneralHR Support:
- Providegeneral HR support including managing employee records handling HRdocumentation and maintaining HR databases.
- Assist with employee relations issues andprovide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives asneeded.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in HumanResources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in talent management (25years preferred) in a fast paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices payrollsystems and relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attentionto detail.
- Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills.
- Ability to handlesensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Problemsolving skills and the ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
- Fulltimeposition Officebased role.
- Standard officehours with some flexibility required.
