- Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
- Proven work experience as an IT Recruiteror similar role
- Demonstrated success insourcing and hiring IT professionals
- Proficientin utilizing social media and professional networks for sourcingcandidates
- Strong knowledge of IT skillstechnical roles and qualifications
- Excellentunderstanding of technological trends andterms
- Exceptional communication andinterpersonal skills
