• Assess and mentor incubated projects, focusing on tokenomics and ecosystem design.
• Develop and implement token economic models to support project growth and sustainability.
• Analyze market trends and supply/demand dynamics to inform tokenomics strategies.
• Oversee token issuance, including distribution plans and mechanisms.
• Create incentive structures to encourage desired behaviors within the token ecosystem.
• Collaborate with project teams, developers, and stakeholders to integrate tokenomics models effectively.
• Evaluate compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
• Prepare reports and presentations on tokenomics strategies and performance.
• Review and prepare comprehensive whitepapers and presentations.

• Proven experience in tokenomics, blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and account/project management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with smart contracts, decentralized finance (DeFi), and blockchain protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
