Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our recruitment department, you will be responsible for the overall recruitment service delivery of various functions in our BPO operations.
Your primary goal will be to take ownership of the hiring engine for bulk, volume, and leadership hiring across locations, ensuring effective on-boarding of selected candidates along with other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Source and evaluate vendors for various levels of hiring within the scope of budget and defined quality.
- Analyze and report MIS on various aspects of recruitment, including TAT adherence, skill-based and level-based hiring throughput, channel utilization, and budget utilization.
- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable compensation norms.
- Reduce cost of hiring and enhance hiring channels.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of Advance Excel.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to make presentations.
- Project management capabilities.
Essential Qualification and Work Experience:
- Graduate degree from a recognized university.
- Overall 2 to 5 years of experience in BPO hiring for bulk, volume, and leadership hiring.
Preferred Qualification:
- MBA (Full Time) degree.
