Zinlabs is aUSbased earlystage startup building software copilot for businessfinance. We re crafting the multiple products around SaaS financeand AI for finance professionals and entrepreneurs think of Intuitbut 10x better products. We ve launched our first product forstartupsZinance.
Were a fastgrowing revenue. We re doing early six digits just withinthree months of launch. We re expected to grow revenue to $2Mn inthe first year. In the next 5 years we aim to become a $500Mnrevenue company through financialproducts.
Weare seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurialminded individualto join our founding team as a People Human Operations and TalentPerson at Zinance. As a key member of the team you will play acrucial role in shaping our company culture attracting top talentand building a highperformanceteam.
Responsibilities:
  • Developand implement a comprehensive people strategy and operations tosupport the growth and success of startup.
  • Leadthe recruitment and hiring process including sourcing candidatesconducting interviews and managing the onboardingprocess.
  • Design and implement employeedevelopment programs and systems training initiatives andperformance management systems.
  • Foster apositive and inclusive work environment promoting a culture oflearning collaboration and continuousimprovement.
  • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with employees providing guidance and support onHRrelated matters.
  • Manage employee benefits andcompensation programs ensuring they align with our companys valuesandgoals.

Qualifications:
  • Previousexperience in a similar role preferably in a startup or highgrowthenvironment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR bestpractices including recruitment performance management and employeedevelopment.
  • Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills with the ability to build relationships at alllevels of the organization.
  • Proven ability towork in a fastpaced dynamic environment and adapt to changingpriorities.
  • A passion for entrepreneurship anda desire to contribute to the growth and success of astartup.
