KeyResponsibilities
  • Utilize HRIS togather and analyze workforce data
  • Prepare andgenerate HR metrics reports
  • Conduct adhoc dataanalysis to support HR initiatives
  • Assist intalent acquisition analytics andreporting
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboardsfor key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with HRbusiness partners to identify data needs
  • Assistin evaluating HR programs and processes usingdata
  • Participate in HR data integrity andquality assurance efforts
  • Support in thedevelopment of HR forecasting models
  • Contributeto the automation of HR dataprocesses

RequiredQualifications
  • Bachelors degree in HRBusiness Statistics or related field
  • 4 years ofexperience in HR data analysis or relatedrole
  • Proficiency in HR systems andHRIS
  • Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills
  • Advanced Excel skills with the abilityto use pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Experience withreporting tools and dashboarddevelopment
  • Ability to handle sensitive andconfidential informationappropriately
  • Understanding of HR processes andregulations
  • Excellent communication andpresentation skills
  • Proven ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced dynamicenvironment
