JobOpening for Assistant Ecommerce Brand Manager to support our brandmanagement team. The ideal candidate will assist in the overallmanagement and growth of our ecommerce brand focusing onoperational excellence marketing initiatives and customersatisfaction. This role requires strong analytical skills excellentcommunication abilities and experience in ecommerceoperations.

Responsibilities:Support Brand Management: Assist the Brand Manager in executingstrategic plans to drive brandgrowth andachieve business objectives. EstablishedRelationship Across Platforms: Should have establishedrelationships across platforms and channels.Product Catalogue Maintenance: Ensure that all products areaccurately listed on the ecommerce platform with uptodateinformation including attributes pricing andpromotions. Vendor and SupplierCoordination: Help negotiate terms with vendors and suppliersensuring optimal product availability andpricing. Order Fulfillment Coordination:Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurateprocessing and delivery of orders. MarketingSupport: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop andimplement campaigns and promotions that drive sales and enhancebrand visibility. Data Analysis: Analyzesales inventory and market data to provide insights andrecommendations for product assortment pricing strategies andpromotional activities. Customer ExperienceEnhancement: Assist in ensuring a seamless and positive customerexperience across all ecommerce touchpoints.Supply Chain Coordination: Support coordination with the supplychain team to maintain optimal stock levels at different locationsmonitor customer Expected Delivery Dates (EDD) and improve fillrates. Compliance: Ensure all ecommerceoperations comply with relevant laws regulations and companypolicies. Industry Research: Stay updated onindustry trends best practices and emerging technologies tocontribute to continuous improvement in operational efficiency andcompetitiveness.
Qualifications:Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration MarketingOperations Management or a related field.Experience: At least 23 years of experience in ecommerce or brandmanagement preferably within the retail or consumer goodssectors.Skills:Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability tointerpret data and make datadrivendecisions. Communication: Excellentcommunication skills both written and verbal with the ability towork crossfunctionally and manage relationships with internal andexternal stakeholders. OrganizationalSkills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projectssimultaneously while meeting tightdeadlines. Attention to Detail: Highattention to detail and a commitment to accuracy andquality. Technical Proficiency: Familiaritywith ecommerce platforms and project management toolssuchas Asana or Notion is aplus.
