Job Title: Assistant Ecommerce Brand Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Ecommerce Brand Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce or brand management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand Manager in executing strategic plans to drive brand growth and achieve business objectives.
  • Establish relationships across platforms and channels to ensure seamless product listing and vendor coordination.
  • Work with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement campaigns and promotions that drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyze sales, inventory, and market data to provide insights and recommendations for product assortment, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience across all ecommerce touchpoints.
  • Support coordination with the supply chain team to maintain optimal stock levels and improve fill rates.
  • Ensure all ecommerce operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 23 years of experience in ecommerce or brand management, preferably within the retail or consumer goods sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Familiarity with ecommerce platforms and project management tools such as Asana or Notion.
