D23 Design Lounge, a leading design agency specializing in creative solutions, is seeking an HR Executive to join our dynamic team. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our human resources operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our organization. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and provide a positive work environment for employees.
  • Manage the entire employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding processes.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and employee attendance systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain employee records, update databases, and handle employee inquiries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and support the recruitment and selection process.
  • Conduct training programs to enhance internal capabilities and professional growth of employees.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and recognition programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role with a strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with employees at all levels.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address and resolve various HR issues.
  • Proficiency in HR software packages and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a professional and ethical manner.
