We are looking for an HR / Admin Executive, to take up the HR and Admin responsibilities as mentioned below:

Responsibilities as HR

  • Handling end to end recruitment
  • Joining and on boarding, Induction
  • Attendance & Payroll computation
  • Personal Employee Record Maintenance
  • Assist in Policy implementation
  • Assist and coordinate of Performance Management System
  • Employee Engagement Activity to organize
  • Facility Management
  • Grievance handling
  • Identification of Training and assist in Making calendar
  • Attendance & Payroll computation.


Responsibilities as Admin

  • Facility Management - Manage Cleanliness of the office, manage cleaning equipment etc.
  • Facility Management - Manage Vendors - Internet, Cleaners, Tea/Coffee Refreshments
  • Asset Management - Manage purchase of paper dishes, cake for birthday, special days, tea cups, cleaning materials etc
  • Asset Management - Manage Purchase, Repairs & Servicing of the assets like water filter, AC, furniture, electricals, IT equipment etc
  • Manage any other administrative activities as needed.
