We are looking for an HR / Admin Executive, to take up the HR and Admin responsibilities as mentioned below:
Responsibilities as HR
- Handling end to end recruitment
- Joining and on boarding, Induction
- Attendance & Payroll computation
- Personal Employee Record Maintenance
- Assist in Policy implementation
- Assist and coordinate of Performance Management System
- Employee Engagement Activity to organize
- Facility Management
- Grievance handling
- Identification of Training and assist in Making calendar
- Attendance & Payroll computation.
Responsibilities as Admin
- Facility Management - Manage Cleanliness of the office, manage cleaning equipment etc.
- Facility Management - Manage Vendors - Internet, Cleaners, Tea/Coffee Refreshments
- Asset Management - Manage purchase of paper dishes, cake for birthday, special days, tea cups, cleaning materials etc
- Asset Management - Manage Purchase, Repairs & Servicing of the assets like water filter, AC, furniture, electricals, IT equipment etc
- Manage any other administrative activities as needed.

- Working knowledge required
