The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing human resources functions and HR Operations tasks efficiently. The HR Executive will be responsible for the entire gamut of HR operations and especially HR Compliances.  Responsibilities: Manage employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Administer and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with legal requirements. Coordinate employee training and development programs and Manage Employee Onboarding Program Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback sessions. Handle employee relations, addressing queries and concerns. Responsible for Background Verification of Employees Manage HRIS systems Manage the Employee Exit Process Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other employee perks.
Collaborate with external vendors for benefits management. Job Requirement Skills and Experience Required: Should have 4-7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role Should have an MBA degree in Human Resources from a Preimier B-School Should be Excellent MS Excel skills and should good data analytical ability Should have very strong knowledge of HR compliance - PF, Gratuity etc Should have experience in Driving Performance Appraisal Process Should have managed Leave and Attendance process and also Exit process Hands-on experience in working with an HRIS Software Should have Excellent communication skills Global Exposure will be an added advantage Five Reasons Why You Should Join Zycus: Cloud Product Company: We are a Cloud SaaS Company and our products are created by using the latest technologies like ML and AI.
