Position Summary :

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. The HR Operations executive will consistently support all functions of HR in their day-to-day processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advisory support covering areas like HR policies and processes, HR Administration, Compensation, etc.
  • Serve as first point of contact for New Joiners and manage general HR enquiries and coordinate and reassign to respective functional teams if applicable
  • Maintaining and updating document tracker, ERP Tracker.
  • Maintaining new joiner’s tracker for payroll processing - Adding and verifying new joiners’ id proof, Bank details, Educational, Experience certificates and coordinate with employee and HRBP for the same.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports of pending document list (Appointment letter, NDA, Onboarding forms and other pending docs) and coordinate with HRBP
  • Managing attendance of consultant employees on month-on-month basis
  • Preparing Monthly Birthday list and other monthly reports if and when required.
  • Coordination with compliance consultant for PF formalities.
  • Support and take part to special project and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business or related fields or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or related fields
  • Proficiency of MS office with advance level of MS Excel
  • Team player and adept at collaboration in a virtual, global environment
  • Ability to prioritize workload and provide timely follow-up and resolution
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and customer-oriented mind-set
  • Ability to secure and maintain confidential information
  • Continuous improvement mind-set and capable to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency or employee training and advancement
