**Role Objective**:
The Employee Engagement Executive will play a vital role in developing and implementing a new engagement strategy, core channels, and best practice guidelines and supporting critical change programs. The Executive will provide communications and engagement guidance to internal stakeholders, oversee our business-as-usual internal communications and engagement, ranging from our intranet and regular e-newsletter to employee surveys, reward schemes, and events and take a central role in several other employee engagement initiatives. The Executive will lead the implementation of a new internal engagement platform that aims to build networks and empower employees to take direct ownership of their communications. The successful applicant will need to work closely with stakeholders across the organization, most notably HR, the Executive Committee, the Strategy & Research team, and other audience leads responsible for communications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for improving the Employee Engagement Index across the Leadership team and business by conceptualizing and implementing various employee development and engagement initiatives.
- Developing and delivering the organizations internal communication strategy, planning a calendar of activities, organizing events, and increasing the level of employee engagement.
- Leading and supporting the development and delivery of internal communication plans and materials.
- Lead on the development and implementation of a new engagement platform, which we see as integral to the future of our organizational communications.
- Initiate and implement innovative Team building and collaborative initiatives that help improve the Organizational Development Index.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Responsible for Employee Engagement, Brand Management, and Event Management.
- Develop a comprehensive and sustainable employee engagement strategy.
- Ensure effective and consistent coordination and implementation of HR business processes, functions, and procedures and monitor HR projects and workflow.
- Coordinating and following up with multiple departments on various activities assigned until the closure.
- Planning and organizing significant events and ability to handle bigger groups in-person/ virtual.
- Responsible for other HR Backend activities as and when assigned.

**Education & Experience**:
**Female Preferred**
- MBA HR
- Strong track record in Employee Engagement
- Knowledge and understanding of best employee engagement practices
- Familiarity with medium to large-sized organizations and intricate structures/reporting lines
- Experience in setting up and introducing new employee engagement platforms
