Responsibilities:
DriveOffline sales using partner/client profiles through rigorousplanning forecasting and delegating the right targets to the teammembersEstablish and maintain relationshipswith Indian Corporates Travel Agents Industry influencersand keystrategic partners to extractbusinessStrategize to set the rightmilestones & maintain stability in business volumes andplan aheadReview and ensure performance ofteam members to achieve monthly business revenuetargetsEfficiently plan and executemarketsite visits within assigned region to maintain relationshipswith clients as well as drive businessexpansionShare regular feedback on marketconditions competition pricing and other factors influencingonground salesKeep abreast on competition& adapt acquired knowledge in changemanagementRequiredSkills:

CTC: Upto13 LPA INCLUDING 20%Variable
