As “HR and Learning Coordinator”, you will be responsible part of Human Resources team of Atlas Copco India and you will report to Head – Corporate HR.

You will be responsible in improving and supporting the learning and development activities, coordination and implementation of learning programs of the learning academy, maintaining the LMS data, maintaining HR policies, etc for entire Atlas Copco India.

Roles and responsibilities of the position are as mentioned below: -

Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees and internal stakeholders.Manage and implement the India Learning Academy Programs in coordination with various stakeholders.Monitor, evaluate, or record training activities or program effectiveness.Negotiate contracts with clients for desired training outcomes, fees, or expenses.Collaborate with Digital HR team to maintain the LMS for India. Conduct regular trainings and awareness sessions for various stakeholders.Drive and coordinate employer branding activities like industry-institute tie-ups, higher education policy and coordination in discussion with Corporate Communications and different business entities.Conduct the learning and development council meetings and maintain minutes of the same.Maintain record of all expat employees with regards to contracts, accommodations, visa process, etc.Coordinate of global mobility of expats in case of new expats or leaving expats for India.Maintain expats information trackers for tax calculation and assist expats as and when required.Maintaining and updating the personnel policies and create awareness amongst all employees and stakeholders regarding policy applicability and benefits.Manage the HRMS software (Peoplestrong) and collaborate with internal and external POC’s for the same.Supporting holding and business teams for various audits by providing necessary data and documents as applicable.Ensure accurate monthly and quarterly people management reporting for Holding team.Support additional activities for invoicing, contract employees data management, etc.In return, we offer you -A friendly, family-like atmosphere.New challenges and new things to learn every-day.A culture known for respectful interaction, ethical behavior and integrityA culture known for Continuous Learning and development.To succeed, you will need -Previous experience (0-2 years) in HR and L&D environment.Minimum Education - Graduate in Commerce and Management.
