The HRBP is a trusted advisor to the business leaders to build the organizational & individual capabilities and ensure effective decision making particularly related to the human capital assets of the business.

What will your job look like?

Partner with leaders to provide consultation on HR related topics (such as: workforce planning, cost competitiveness, performance management, talent & leadership management). Drive, develop and execute the overall HR Strategy to address business challenges and needs, based on deep understanding of a full business "picture”. Anticipate and plan for the effects of organization change, identify risks and develop action plans to ensure the changes succeed. Ensure leadership continuity and development through succession planning and talent management processes. This involves collaboration with Learning Services and OD, ensure a balanced Learning Framework is established, to promote learning and knowledge development. Promote an organization climate based on Amdocs Values and Code of Ethics, to deepen the implementation of these values and strengthen employee’s engagement. Set up governance and process to utilize budget (salary revision, bonus, recognition, promotions, and performance management). Manage the work force to include head count standardization work force planning and position management to assure effectiveness. Lead and develop an HR Professional team, providing strategic direction and focus; and lead global HR projects and programs.

Bachelor or Master’s Degree + Specialization in HR Degree 10+ years of experience in various HR Functions Working with Global Teams in a Multi-Cultural Environment preferably in the high-tech industry and experience of working in a Matrix Organization can be an added advantage Has led a team of HR Professionals Sound knowledge of Recruitment to Release w.r.t. HR Processes Knowledge about Regional / Local Labor Laws can be essential in some regions (e.g. EMEA) Owning end to end HR projects, programs and processes Specific to the HR CoE Lead Job: Project & global program management experience
