Here's what you can look forward to: The HR Partner at Saviant will serve as a trusted advisor, taking charge of a diverse range of People Practices and initiatives aimed at creating an outstanding employee experience. Your role will encompass providing strategic HR support, offering expert guidance, and working closely with Business Leaders to cultivate a highly engaged, positive workforce that aligns with and drives the achievement of Saviant’s business objectives.

This role delves into the following crucial aspects of HR at Saviant –

Delivering People Practices
Working with Business Leaders to conceptualize and implement various people practices and frameworks to ensure Saviant members are guided by well-structured policies and procedures.

Data-Driven Decision-Making
Monitoring HR metrics and trends to facilitate decision making to proactively address issues and refine people strategies. You will leverage organizational dashboards and various surveys to gain insights into employee performance, satisfaction levels, and other crucial indicators.

Driving Employee Engagement
Being readily accessible to all Saviant members and facilitates open communication so that they feel valued and heard. Additionally, implementing innovative programs such as onboarding, job assistance, career planning, and training and development to enhance team motivation, productivity and job satisfaction.

Defining Career Development
Ensuring that individuals are in roles that align with their skills and aspirations and have a clear career roadmaps. You will work with line Managers to ensure that each individual's potential is harnessed to the fullest.

Internal Communication Strategy
Being responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal communication strategy to ensure that information flows seamlessly across all levels of the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and sense of shared purpose.

Employer Branding
Actively contributing to promote Saviant’s values, culture, work environment, and overall employee experience to enhance its position as an employer of choice.

Effective HR Process Execution
Ensuring HR processes are carried out seamlessly and timely, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization

Here is what we would like you to bring:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus). 8 to 12 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on designing and implementing HR programs. Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to perform tasks independently without much supervision.

You are currently responsible for tracking people performance and KPIs to support business growth. You have implemented technology, tools and solutions for data driven decision making.
