RequirementsWho You Are

As our HR Head, you will be a seasoned professional with 10-15 years of experience leading HR functions in the IT industry.  You are a strategic thinker who can translate business goals into actionable HR initiatives.  Your strong leadership skills will inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional results. 

You are an expert in:

Talent Management & Development : You have a proven track record of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. You are passionate about creating a culture of learning and growth.

Change Management: You thrive in dynamic environments and have a proven ability to lead teams through organizational change.

Employer Branding: You understand the importance of employer branding and are skilled at crafting a compelling employee value proposition.

HR Expertise: You possess in-depth knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements in India. You are also familiar with global HR best practices.

Data-driven Decision Making: You leverage HR analytics to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Initiatives : You have strong project management skills to oversee and execute complex HR initiatives.

Influencer:
You have the ability to influence senior-most leaders and other stakeholders to gain buy-in for HR programs.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team that fosters a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the company's mission and business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the talent lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to create a strong company culture and promote employee satisfaction.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and employee well-being.
  • Utilize HR technology and HRIS systems to streamline HR processes and generate valuable insights.
  • Partner with business leaders to identify talent needs and provide strategic HR support.
  • Stay up-to-date on HR trends and best practices.

Qualification
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in HR leadership roles, must in the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations in India.
  • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and change management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align HR with business goals.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and HRIS systems like Zoho People, Zoho recruit or similar tools.
  • Strong analytical and HR project and Initiatives management skills.
