Head - Organization Development

position which is a CoE position based in Pune, Corporate office, the brief details of which are listed below for your reference:

Position Name – Head - Organization Development.Level – Top Management Cadre.Experience Range – 20+ years in HR with 5+ years in similar role in CoE position.Education – MBA in HR from a premier institute(preferred)Location – Pune, Corporate office.

Job Purpose: Crafting business specific people strategy and converting it into right organization design with rightly evaluated roles as per org designs and related job descriptions. Craft and deliver enablers for effective organization design through initiatives to drive empowerment, productivity, innovation, and effective ways of working. Responsible to work with business on desired culture transformation ( Mindsets, behaviors, andactions) to support the business transformation.

Major Activities/ Tasks The tasks under Key Responsibility that the Job holder is supposed to perform to achieve the business goals1) People Strategy aligned with business strategy.2) Organization Structure & Role Design3) Manpower, Productivity and Other Structural Enabler4) Transformation Projects and Change Management5) Responsible for key process execution by creating Succession Pipelines6) Design and Program Manage Leadership Development and Coaching Programs

Education Qualifications / Background MBA in HR from a reputed instituteRelevant and Total Years of Experience Total 21 - 23 years of experience with experience across consulting organization, corporate OD roles in any reputed large size organization
