Job Description

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals and values.

Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention.

Advise senior management on HR-related matters and contribute to organizational development.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Implement best practices for talent attraction, selection, and retention.

Develop training and development programs to nurture employee skills and career growth.

Performance Management:

Establish performance evaluation systems to assess individual and team effectiveness.

Provide guidance and support to managers in conducting performance reviews and setting goals.

Identify areas for improvement and implement performance enhancement initiatives.

Employee Relations and Compliance:

Serve as a trusted resource for employees, addressing concerns and facilitating resolutions.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, regulations, and company policies.

Manage employee disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution processes.

HR Operations and Administration:

Oversee HR administration processes, including payroll, benefits, and record-keeping.

Maintain accurate HR data and generate reports for management review.

Implement technology solutions to streamline HR processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in the renewable energy or manufacturing industry.

In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
