Job Description Key Account Manager – Property and Real Estate Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our dynamic property and real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly. Understand client goals and requirements to deliver customized property solutions. Business Development: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services and properties to existing clients. Collaborate with the sales team to acquire and onboard new high-value accounts. Contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets for the organization. Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide clients with insights and recommendations to optimize their property investments. Develop account-specific strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention. Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams (legal, marketing, finance, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of client requirements. Monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance and client interactions. Maintain accurate records of all account activities in CRM or designated systems. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience in key account management or a similar role in property and real estate. Strong knowledge of the real estate market, property laws, and investment trends. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a focus on results. Why Join Us?
