Role Overview

AiSensy is looking for a Key Accounts Manager (Ads.) to join our growing team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns for our key clients in the advertising space. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for all client relationships, ensure smooth execution of ad campaigns, and drive measurable results for clients, while continuously improving strategies based on performance data.

You will work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and customer success, to help clients achieve their performance marketing goals using WhatsApp marketing, digital ads, and other platforms.



Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management : Be the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) for assigned key clients. Understand their performance marketing goals and provide them with strategic recommendations to drive measurable growth.
  • Campaign Management : Oversee the end-to-end execution of performance marketing campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp. Ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and deliver optimal results.
  • Optimization & Performance : Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across various platforms to ensure KPIs (e.g., ROI, CPA, CPC, CTR) are met or exceeded.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with internal teams like product, sales, and marketing to ensure campaigns are tailored to clients’ specific needs and ensure seamless integration of the AiSensy platform into their marketing strategies.
  • Data-Driven Strategy : Use data insights from advertising platforms to refine strategies, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.
  • Reporting & Analytics : Provide regular reports and insights to clients on campaign performance, along with strategic advice for future improvements.
  • Upselling & Cross-Selling : Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or features to clients based on their evolving needs and business goals.
  • Client Retention : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely communication, regular performance updates, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Stay Current with Industry Trends : Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing and performance advertising, leveraging new tactics and tools to improve campaign outcomes for clients.



Qualifications

  • Experience : 4-7 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2B SaaS or digital advertising environment. Experience with WhatsApp marketing is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPA, ROI, CTR).
  • Campaign Management : Proven track record of managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Client Management : Demonstrated experience in managing key accounts and building long-term client relationships in the digital marketing space.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong ability to interpret data and use it to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex performance data in an understandable and actionable manner to clients.
  • Problem-Solving : Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in client campaigns, offering solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. An MBA or relevant certifications in performance marketing is a plus.



Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API or similar marketing tools for communication is a plus.
  • Digital Marketing Certifications : Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar certifications would be beneficial.
  • Experience with Analytics Tools : Knowledge of analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to measure and optimize campaign performance.
